Webstream Limited (Webstream) is a UK registered Company providing, digital software solutions and payment services under licence to third party website operators.
Purchase of credits through the Webstream Platform forms a contract between the purchaser and Webstream in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Age Restrictions
By purchasing credits, the purchaser confirms that they are of legal age, according to their local or national legal age restrictions to view adult website content and to read,

2. Property Rights

3.3.Webstream will only share personal data with the website operator unless Webstream either; receive your prior consent, it is legally requested by a Court of Law,
a dispute resolution
is required or fraudulent activity has been alleged.
3.4.Webstream may use personal data to deliver promotional emails but only with prior consent.
4. Transactional Data

4.2.Webstream will only share transactional data if Webstream either; receive your prior consent,
it is legally requested by a Court of Law, a dispute resolution is required or fraudulent activity has been alleged.
5. Registration Data
Both Webstream and the website operator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages that result from any false disclosures that may
arise from the registration of user's data, criminal activity or violation of these terms and conditions.
6. Operators Discretion
Operators, at their sole discretion, have the ability to disconnect live streams and mute sound transmission. Webstream will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential
or punitive damages that result from operators exercising this discretion.
7. Streaming Quality
Webstream is solely responsible for technical issues which may arise, within their control, for the delivery of media paid for by the user. Webstream have optimised streaming services
to give users the best quality of experience possible. However, this quality can be adversely affected by the user's and or the operators bandwidth limitations and or signal strength when using
mobile and or Bluetooth technology. Low bandwidth and signal strength may induce transmission delays, transmission errors and data losses. Both Webstream
and the website operator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages that result from the poor quality of data streaming.
8. User Devices
Access to Webstream services requires the users' use of personal computers or mobile devices as well as communications with or use of space on these devices.
Users are responsible for any internet connection or mobile fees and charges incurred when accessing Webstream services.
9. Refunds
9.1.Webstream do not provide refunds for credits used to purchase any services offered on the operator's website.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the content is the required content before it is downloaded.
9.2.The original monetary value at the time of purchase for unused or unneeded credits will be refunded on request via email to: info@Webstream.co.uk.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and any obligations arising in connection with them will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Force Majeure
In the event that Webstream or the website operator is unable to perform any of its obligations under these terms and conditions or to enjoy any of its benefits due to
any 'act of god', strike, fire, flood, governmental acts, orders or restrictions, Internet system unavailability, system malfunctions, third party malicious system attacks or any other reason
where failure to meet the obligations is beyond the reasonable control of either Webstream or the website operator,
Webstream will use best efforts to resume their obligations as soon as is reasonably possible.
12. Variation
Webstream may update and change any part of these terms and conditions, including by replacing them in their entirety.
It is therefore advised that these terms and conditions are reviewed prior to each purchase to ensure any revisions are understood and agreed.
